Ohio Newborn and Child Photography by Lindsay DeLisio » Specializing in All Things Precious

Are you a newborn photographer, or aspire to be one? Do you feel like you struggle with posing and angles? Babies not sleeping? Total chaos during sessions? Or maybe you don’t even know how to start! I’ve been there – and I want to help you!

It’s easy to look at other photographers work, compare it to our own, and get discouraged. But we all have to start somewhere – the most important thing you can do is to just start!

Here are some photos of my work from a few years ago, with photos I took recently of how they should have looked.

I don’t show you these photos to brag about myself, but to show you that there is hope! I’ve worked hard over the years to refine my skills and made the investment to learn from other photographers.

Our June 3 Newborn Posing Workshop will include approximately 6 hours of mentoring and at least 2 newborn models!

During the workshop you will learn about,

  • parent prep
  • session prep and styling
  • session flow and transitions
  • posing, soothing and safety
  • lighting
  • camera settings
  • shooting angles and composition

We’ll also have time for some business chit-chat with topics like,

  • reaching and establishing your target clientele
  • pricing structure
  • sales
  • workflow
  • goal-setting
  • resources

After the workshop you will have exclusive access to our closed Facebook group for continued learning. This is a safe place for you to share your work, get feedback, and ask questions!
